Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at muhammadsaeedksadrop@gmail.com before sending the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately. Certain items, including personalized/custom products, perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
